Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship to the contiguous United States, United Kingdom, several countries in the EU, as well as some other International locations such as Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore. Please select the correct location on the top right-hand corner of our site.
How much does shipping cost?
For the contiguous US, UK and some EU countries shipping your helmet is free!
For other locations as well as accessories, shipping is calculated based on your location and product upon checkout. Just input your shipping information and you'll see it calculated accordingly.
When can I expect my order?
Generally we ask to allow 4 to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. It may take longer during peak seasons. Although we have not faced major delays, please note that the current global situation can impact the shipping time.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking details. This enables you to track the progress of your order and get an estimated delivery date.
I will not be home on the scheduled delivery day.
Most of our packages require a signature on delivery. Please contact the carrier directly to reschedule delivery.
I only received part of my order.
In general, one part of your order may ship a few days earlier. If the second part of your order hasn't arrived in a week, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can help look up your order status with our shipping partner.
I want to change or cancel my order.
You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed by our warehouse. If you would like to do so, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check your order status and possibly help to make the requested changes.
There is a problem with my order.

Can I return my product?
If you want to return or exchange anything you bought from us, NO PROBLEM! You have 30 days from the date of shipping to make sure what you ordered from Lumos is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for another colour. Your choice!
Any product you return needs to be in new condition and with the original tags or packaging and needs to be returned to us before the 30-day return window expires. Lumos does not cover return shipping costs.
Just make sure to take good care of your helmet when trying it out, as we will be unable to issue (full) refunds for damaged products.
I didn't purchase my helmet from Lumos directly
Only items that have been purchased directly from Lumos, www.lumoshelmet.co, can be returned to Lumos. Lumos products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Where do I send my return?
Please follow the return procedure as described here. We will send you the return address by email and will always let you return your item to our nearest warehouse in the USA, Europe or Asia.
You are responsible for return shipping and any related costs.
